Standard Car
A sedan for up to four travelers and three suitcases. The usual choice for couples and small families.
Minivan
Four travelers with four bags, or extra room for strollers and sports gear. Often the same price as a sedan.
Minibus
Seven to nineteen seats for groups, weddings and family reunions. One price for everyone often beats several taxis.

Is the price per person or per car?
Per car. The fixed price covers everyone who fits in the car class you book, so four friends in one standard car pay one price together.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
90 minutes of waiting after your scheduled landing are included. Enter your flight number when you book, and if your flight is badly delayed or rescheduled, update the booking or contact Kiwitaxi support so the pickup time can be moved.
Is a private transfer cheaper than Uber or a taxi?
Not always. A single traveler with a backpack often rides cheaper by train or rideshare. For families and groups with luggage, one fixed-price car or minivan usually beats two taxis, avoids late-night surge pricing and comes with a driver already waiting at arrivals.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes. Standard cars, minivans and seven-seat minibuses can be cancelled for a full refund up to 16 hours before pickup, business cars and larger minibuses up to 24 hours before. The confirmation email shows the exact rule for your booking.
Do I need to tip the driver?
Tips are not included in the fixed price. In the US, about 15 to 20 percent is customary for good service. In much of Europe and Latin America, rounding up or a few dollars per bag is common.
